Signing In To Your Slootz Account
You can sign in to your Slootz account from a desktop or laptop using any modern browser. The login button sits in the top area of the site; enter the email address and password you used at registration to open your personal account.
Mobile access works the same way on iOS and Android in a browser, with the form adapted for smaller screens. You need an existing account to log in; if you havenโt registered yet, the site will route you through account creation before you can access account features.
Login security at Slootz
- 2FA: Slootz supports two-factor authentication using a time-based one-time code from an authenticator app. After you enable 2FA in account security settings, each login requires your password and a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. If you change your phone or lose access to the app, Slootz uses backup recovery codes you save during setup to regain access.
- Password: Use a long, unique password (12โ16+ characters) and avoid reusing it from email, banking, or other casinos. A practical format is a passphrase with four or more random words plus numbers or symbols, and no personal details like names, birthdays, or the casino name. Store it in a password manager and change it immediately if you suspect it was exposed.
- Notifications: Slootz sends security alerts for new device logins, password changes, email changes, and 2FA being enabled or disabled. Turn on email notifications in your profile and keep your inbox secured, because those messages are the fastest way to spot account takeover. If an alert wasnโt you, reset the password, revoke active sessions in account settings, and contact support to lock the account until verification is completed.
How To Log In To Your Slootz Account
- Open the Slootz website in your browser, or launch the Slootz app if you use the mobile version.
- Select the Log in button on the homepage (itโs usually in the top-right corner on desktop, or inside the main menu on mobile).
- Enter the email address or username you used when you registered, then type your password exactly as set (passwords are case-sensitive).
- Press Log in to access your account. If youโre prompted for a one-time code, enter the code sent to your email or phone to complete the sign-in.
Account Verification After Login At Slootz
Slootz runs account checks after you sign in to confirm your identity, age, and payment details. You can usually browse and play first, but withdrawals and some account changes trigger verification.
- When verification is needed: Before your first withdrawal, when you request a higher withdrawal limit, after a password/email change, when you add a new payment method, when you switch device or location and the risk check flags the login, when the casino needs to confirm you meet the minimum age (18+ or the local legal age), or when deposit/withdrawal activity looks inconsistent with the account profile.
- How it works after login: The cashier or profile page prompts you to upload documents, then the account status shows as โpendingโ until the review finishes. During review, deposits and gameplay can stay available, while withdrawals pause until approval.
Documents Slootz Typically Requests
The exact list depends on your payment method and what the check flagged, but the standard set covers identity, address, and ownership of the payment source.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driverโs licence. The image needs to be clear, full document visible, and details readable (name, date of birth, document number, expiry date).
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and current address, dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Proof you own the deposit method. For cards, this is usually a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden, while keeping the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. For e-wallets, this is typically a screenshot of the wallet profile showing your name and email or account ID, plus a transaction reference if requested.
- Source of funds (sometimes): Payslip, bank statement, or other document showing where the funds come from, requested when transaction volume or patterns trigger an enhanced check.
